Would Not RecommendAbsolutely the worst spackling ever. Would not even stick to the putty knife. Mixed and mixed it, but to no avail. I tried using it anyway, but it took way more time than it should have to spread then sand. Also, very grainy, leaving lots of small pockets. Dap's DryDex is eon's ahead of their Vinyl Spackling. DryDex requires no mixing, spreads like butter, and dries quickly. Best I've ever used. The Vinyl Spackling truly is worthless and should be removed from the Dap lineup. But three cheer...

Would Not RecommendThis spackling compound is not even worth considering. It separates into a layer of water on top and spackle on the bottom and has to be mixed every time you want to use it. It is messy and ineffective. Mind you, there are some DAP products that I swear by such as DAP Waterproof Patching Compound. How these two products are made by the same company is beyond me.
