Delivered already open, missing parts
I would put less than 1 star, but this system will not let me. Ordered brand new shower faucet handle to be delivered same day, arrived already opened, taped closed with painters tape and missing pieces. When I chatted with online Lowes customer service, they said this was a manufacturer issue. And that I should order the missing pieces from the manufacturer. um. no. This level of care falls on the local store. Who doesn't answer customer service calls.

Loose after use
Would Not Recommendboth handles are loose at the end of the installation. is that supposed to happen? after using, it feels likes it begins unscrewing itself and the knob and handle are not firmly attached. I think the screw is missing a washer or something

Great replacement
This handle/cover are almost like the original but you'll miss the colors for hot/cold. Its a great fit for replacing the original especially if you had to drill out the hex nut in the handle. If the hard water stains on the original face plate cover weren't so bad - I would have like to reuse just for the colorized hot/cold aspect.
