Great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this coffee brewer and love it. No carafe or reservoir to clean daily, and I can custom brew for me or my family. Just wish the water reservoir was a bit larger. For me it lasts 3-4 days but with company not so long.

Horrible design, you have to keep a vacuum ready, to unclog the grinder. Last thing I want to do at 5am. Warranty policy is to cut the cord and send the picture before they’ll send a new one.

Grind and Brew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grind n brew could be better..when using already ground decaf it makes a whole lot of mess…steam all around the front of the coffee maker by the buttons. Excessive liquid coffee is still in the coffee basket when emptying it. I would love to love it, but just tolerating it for the fresh grind setting.

Jams easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my birthday. When it works, it makes a great cup of coffee. But the burr kept jamming and I had to throw away partially grindings. I belong to a coffee club, so this waste became expensive. Make note, the grinding burr is not easy to remove. Returned it sadly.

Great features.

We bought our maker about a month ago. We are extremely happy with it. It is very easy to use once you learn how it works. And we like all the features like the built-in grinder, being able to use beans or previously ground coffee. The only suggestions we would make are: make the water tank hold a little more volume and emphasize more the need to make sure the beans are in very close to the grinder entrance.

Great cup of hot coffee!

We bought ours 5 months ago to replace our very expensive grind and brew . Have to say it makes a great cup of hot coffee quickly. The grinder is definately quieter than our other machine. The only thing we miss is not having to use a filter.. that comes with the price.

No more pods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cup of coffee! Never was impressed with the quality of K-cups; but have burned through several Keurigs. We usually don't drink more than one cup a day so making a whole pot is a waste. This grind and brew coffee maker seems to be the perfect fit for my wife and me.

Steams up

I’m happy with this product, but it steams up. Isn’t that going to ruin it over time. I see others have complained about the same issue.

Good cup of coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Nespresso, prefilled pods are pricey, refilling with your own grind gets pretty labor intensive and does not give you a freshly ground cup. The grind and brew gives you a good freshly ground cup with minimal fuss and will brew the wife’s preground coffee too. During grinding it’s loud and the burr grinder, ground coffee chute to the brewing area is a pain to clean.
