I ordered it as a “curb side”. The young man who brought it out was very helpful. No dents, no scratches! Everything works great.

Lowes customer service

Lowe’s assembled this bent all up and gave it to me and when I said something they said oh ok we will mark it down and discount it for you Never did and lied and sold me a bent up tool box

Good quality

Would have given it 5 stars if the handle had the option of installation on the other end. Drawers are strong and have plenty of room.

Great features

I had a Craftsman Tool chest and rolling tool cabinet for 46 years! It served me well but with all the tools I accumulated, I need a bigger tool box. Lowe's had the Craftsman tool chest and cabinet on sale that beat the price of a similar chest and cabinet from Harbor Freight. This one should last me for the next 50 years!

Good tool chest, customer service not so good

This tool chest is nice, but I took off 2 stars because drawer keys were missing. Spent a lot of time on the phone getting the run around between Lowes and Craftsman. Not great customer service. I already knew about Lowes lack of service from the purchase of a refrigerator a while back; we received it with marks/dents across the front.

I like the product but paid for assembly. It arrived unassembled.

Still Rolling

This is my second box and I love them both. Extremely mobile. When full the glides still handle the weight. Very durable for garage use.

Might be a good tool box IF they ever deliver it

Orders this for same day delivery on 9/24, was notified an hour later they it was ready and the driver notified. Mind you my local store has them in stock and is only 5 miles from my house. I was notified that evening it was delayed and would be delivered Friday, Friday evening notified that it would be delivered Saturday, Saturday evening notified it would be delivered Sunday, Sunday evening notified that it would be deliver today. It’s still early today but I’m not betting on it being delivere...

Arrived with missing keys

Although the cabinet seems OK, I had to refuse the delivery because it arrived without the keys. Since the cabinet was not assembled locally, I would not know where to go to retrieve the keys. Now, to deal with customer service until this is resolved.

Damaged when received

The delivery guys were great, brought it bright and early, moved into garage for me assembled. They pointed out though it was scratched and dented multiple places. Paying over 500$ for something and it’s damaged. They also changed the delivery date on me without my knowledge 13 days after I was expecting it for my husbands birthday.

Great features

I purchased this cart and put it in the garage. It matches the other cabinets and has been a great addition. The drawers work smoothly and the capacity’s great. Very happy to have this additional storage. It handles the weight of heavy items on top and the locking casters keep it in place. So far it’s very durable and looks good too.
