Assembly Team needs to do better

The toolbox itself it great. Everything you would expect from Craftsman. I opted for the free assembly when I ordered for pickup at 730 in the morning at 3 in the afternoon it still wasn't done. Pretty annoying.

Great Cart

I am still setting up this box, and I am impressed with what I can put in there. It is well built and the wheels roll with ease. It can be locked, which is nice, because I have some very expensive tools. I like the work top; it allows me to do assemblies and prep parts prior to install. It is strong and hold heavy items without issue.

Floor Model

I bought this tool box set from Lowe's in Spring Hill and had it delivered. I didn't realize that what I was getting was the floor model that I looked at in the store. it arrived completely covered in dust. All the pricing stickers still on it and the bottom chest is full of scratches and a few dents.

I purchased this tool box to replace a smaller one I had. Craftsman makes a good tool box ,I have had them in the past. The price was good and I am very well pleased with the capacity and the soft close drawers . Did not have quite enough tools to fill it ,but that will not be a problem.

Great box lots of drawers I changed the wheels the ones that it came with were cheap plastic and two of them were no swivel wheels.

No packaging with delivery, padding on top damaged

Clearly not new, an 'open box'. That's not bad on its own, but it shouldn't be advertised as new. A few scratches, but the padding on the top is badly worn and should have been replaced. Covered in dust. Would not do this again

Lowes stacking causes damage

Purchased the bottom half of the combo. They are stored vertically on the end, this apparently creates strain on the item. When I unpacked the item, the corner was dented and malformed, and the side has dents/impressions.
