What Customers Are Saying
The tool chest is generally well-made, with a sturdy construction, smooth-closing drawers, and ample storage space. Customers appreciate the quality and value it provides. However, some reviews mention issues with the product arriving damaged, likely due to packaging or shipping problems. Would RecommendHas a few weld flaws on it that weren’t cleaned up by the factory, waited till a sale because the regular price is ridiculous

Would RecommendBought for my husband for his birthday. I didn’t realize till I got it home, that it had a couple small dents, & one decent size dent above the wheel. I paid good money. I forgot to call store to tell them about it. Just saying that the employees should check better. I will check better next time. I wouldn’t mind a little more money taken off the bill. Thank you.

Awful delivery awful customer service
Would Not RecommendProduct was left in my driveway (not signed for) opened and was dented on one side. Now they want me to give up an entire day (delivery window of 8am-8pm) to get it replaced as they are only offering 20.00 for damage. Awful delivery as they damaged it and awful customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
