What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the tool chest for excellent value and ample storage, with multiple drawers and a large lower compartment that consolidates scattered tools efficiently. Many highlight smooth drawer operation on ball bearings and convenient mobility via wheels. Assembly takes under 15 minutes and feels intuitive for home use. However, a notable group reports receiving units with visible damage—dents, scratches, bent doors, and warped bottoms—while some describe the metal as thin or flimsy. A few mention wobbling wheels and a lower compartment that won't lock. Despite these concerns, most customers consider it a worthwhile purchase for the price.

Would RecommendNot as heavy duty as the S2000 and not as nicely finished, but very functional. I keep all my electrical supplies in one, tools in the top. Sockets, cover plates, etc in drawers, and boxes/wire in the bottom bin. Easy to roll around the work area and put away at the end of the day.

Sold dented tool Box
Would Not RecommendIt was a Christmas present. It was dented in two sides. Was the last one in stock or I would have returned it

Decent
Would RecommendI got this for my husband for Christmas. I gave it to him early. He pulled everything out of the box and it's like it's been put together before and maybe returned. It's dented in several spots and scratched up a lot. Too much of a hassle to take back apart and send back.

Worst Craftsman product!!
Would Not RecommendThe engineer that designed the assembly on this needs to be fired. In my 60+ years, I have never had to disassemble a toolbox to assemble it!!! The directions are useless, the screw holes do not line up, this toolbox has ruined my confidence in Craftsman products. FYI Craftsman refused my review.... SMDH
