Ratings & Reviews for CRAFTSMAN Standard (SAE) 6-point Impact Socket Individual
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this socket for exceptional reliability and durability in demanding high-torque tasks like water heater anode rod removal and lug nut applications. The 6-point deep well design grips hex nuts securely without slipping, with many recounting how it succeeded where other sockets failed. Reviewers highlight the robust construction, precise fit on ratchets and impact drivers, and etched size markings as practical features. Most express deep trust in the brand's legacy and report owning sockets for decades still in service. A few mention wishing for additional metric sizes, but these reflect personal preferences rather than functional issues. Overall, customers consider this a reliable, long-lasting choice.

Works as expected
Would RecommendPretty much all my tools are Craftsman (or Milwaukee) because they are reliable and pretty decently priced. Lowes does a lot of sales for Craftsman parts so that is something to watch for.
You will need a larger socket wrench
Would RecommendSolid and sturdy quality
