Anode Rod Removal Must Have
Would RecommendProduct as described. The large markings and oxide finish are a plus. I used this to remove an anode rod from a hot water heater and the 6 point deep well design worked perfectly. I tried with a 12 point socket and it was slipping and rounding over the points. This socket now sits next to the hot water heater for future use. A must have for quick, easy removals and installations.

I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE ANODE ON MY WATER HEATER, MY 12 POINT SOCKET KEPT JUMPING OFF THE NUT, SO I PURCHASED THE 6 POINT SOCKET & IT FIT PERFECTLY & IT WAS VERY EASY TO REMOVE & REPLACE THE ANODE. THE ANODE SHOULD BE REPLACED IN A REGULAR MAINTENANCE UPKEEP TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR WATER HEATER.
