The 6-point deep well design grips stubborn nuts without slipping, making it ideal for water heater anode rod removal and lug nut applications. Reviewers highlight the heavy-duty metal construction and impact-rated capability for withstanding extreme torque on demanding jobs. The deep well length fits over wheel studs and reaches bolts in tight spaces. A few mention minor sizing notation confusion, but these isolated observations don't reflect functional concerns. Great product and a great proce
I was replacing the struts on my pickup truck which were originally installed in 2005. The job required a deep well 15/16 socket which I've never needed before. This socket is designed for a impact tool but I used it as a normal socket because it cost 1/3 of what the chrome counterpart costs. Worked great for my job and saved some money:)
