[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love craftsman tools, have used them for 40 years. The 7-1/4 saw has been a great, reliable,durable tool.

Worths more than the money

For 29 dollars - I though this was not going to work in the first place. And it works nice. It does the job all right and with a decent blade saw you won't notice the difference to a high end tool - at least to cut out simple stuff.

Won't cut a straight line

This is not a high dollar saw because I only use it periodically. But the few times I have used it I cannot cut a straight line on a 1x12. Tried it several times, tried to tighten blade and still no luck. Next time I will spend a few dollars more and get a more reliable tool.

Cuts for years

Bought this a few years ago and still cuts strong. This saw makes cutting butter fun

Great saw for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw to make repairs and do demolition after Hurricane Zeta. It is a great little workhorse. I got a demolition blade to cut up my 6 foot picket fence (and my neighbors) into manageable sections to haul to the curb. The saw made short work of it all. I've never had a circular that tracked as good as this one. More than enough power and seems plenty durable. I love this saw!

Great price. I was looking at other saws this one was the best for the price

Throws sawdust in your face

Basic skill saw. Bought the saw to cut plywood for a shed. Throws sawdust in your face when cutting boards. I tried using my hand to deflect the sawdust but the sawdust was hurting my hand. Doesn't have a very good alignment guide.

Poor quality

Very basic design, but expected for the price. But the quality of the tool is a nothing like the Craftsman tools your grandfather had. I’ve use this saw about 4 times over the last year and the guard had broken on it. This will probably be the last Craftsman product that I buy.

Not what I hoped it would be.

This saw is disappointing. Does not cut as expected.

Perfect

I bought this saw for around the house use. It tackles the smallest job's like making planter's or the biggest job's like remodeling. I am very pleased with this saw. It's easy to use and heavy duty so I know it will last me for year's to come!

Lasts a long time!
