I recently bought my first corded craftsman chainsaw after using gas power saws for years. After having a large tree fall in my yard I decided to buy an electric saw because it was on sale at Lowe’s. Would RecommendGreat saw. Light, easy to use, and bar install and chain tightening is simple. Have not seen any bar oil leaks, as of now. I like the cord, does get in the way occasionally, but as long as the electricity is on you can use it. Cuts well for an electric saw, I am just using it on soft wood, (Bradford Pair) which part had blown over. I'm glad to have it. Does a pretty good job.

Would RecommendI purchased this to replace an older (smaller) Craftsman and am very pleased with all aspects: terrific price, fast shipping, easy assembly and maintenance, and it cuts great for my various homeowner projects: downing small scrub trees in a wooded area of our backyard, cutting up downed limbs, etc. I had my old chainsaw for 15 years and it never gave me any problems. Ended up giving it to my son-in-law when I purchased the new one.

Get yourself a real chainsaw
Would Not RecommendPurchased this to cut down a stump about 3’ high and maybe 13” across. This ‘chainsaw’ was worthless, would have taken me all day. Used my reciprocating saw with a pruning blade and had it cut down in no time. This may work better with soft woods. As someone else stated, it leaks oil. Set it on my workbench overnight and the next morning had a puddle of oil. Would not recommend but I’ll make you a deal if you really want one.
