What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the trimmer's lightweight design and ease of use, making it ideal for small yards and quick touch-ups, especially for older users or those with limited strength. However, many report insufficient power for demanding tasks, struggling with tall grass and thick weeds. Battery life is a significant concern, with reviewers noting short runtime and expensive replacement costs. Some experience mechanical failures like broken components or faulty auto-feed mechanisms. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find it suitable for light-duty trimming tasks.

Battery no good.
Bought this and never used it due to back injury and family illness. Now I am having to buy a new battery when this one was never even used. Have Always trusted Craftsman but this isn't acceptable to me at all. Still under Craftsman warranty as well but I don't have the receipt any longer but its under my purchase history on my Lowes Card. Bo...

Great for small yards. But not for large ones . Not very powerful. Battery does not last long. Approximately 45 minute charge before it needs recharging .

Cheap for a reason
Would Not RecommendYou get what you pay for. The string is so thin it gets jammed easily. I must have had the string too long and it got wound around the inside motor. I have no way to release it. I only used it a couple times and now it is useless

Easy to use overall
It's a little awkward to use, with the wheel. Difficult to get up close to my fenceline. But overall a solid piece of equipment.
