Battery lasts about 30 minutes - not 3 hours! Very disappointed and won’t purchase an extra battery for 2/3 the price of the trimmer!!

I just received this tool a week ago and I like it a lot but I think I may have received a defective battery. After fully charged, it only stays charged for 15-20 minutes of use. I don’t think that would be considered normal.

The battery may be defective because it takes over 8 hours to partially charge. Then, it will only run for about 5 minutes. Can't get much trimming done with that issue.
