Ratings & Reviews for CRAFTSMAN V20 20-volt Max 6-Tool Power Tool Combo Kit with Soft Case (2-Batteries and Charger Included)

Huge Value at an Amazing Price Point

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Booth this over a month ago. Been using this tool kit to demo and refinish my basement. Not one complaint from me. Best money I have spent in years!

Bargain

I was able to get 3 extra tools for the same price. Great deal.

Great value for the variety for homeowners not recommended for contractors not enough power.

Great Product, No packaging!!! Do store pickup

Ok, I love the craftsman v20 line. I have no issues with the product. I have major issues with lowes packaging. There was no outer packaging. the slapped a label on the box and sent it out. NEON SIGN ON MY DOOR STEP TOOLS INSIDE STEAL ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good thing I was at home. Thanks lowes

Craftsman V20 combo kit - Excellent quality

Bought this set to replace my Craftsman 19.2V set that still worked but this was on sale and wanted to get it for home remodel projects. These tools all worked great and the two batteries lasted all day installing Sheetrock screws and using the saw and flashlight. Batteries charge quickly in about an hour and have used this set all week long and had no issues. This is a great value for all the tools I got and very happy with the quality and how good they work!!

Possibly The Worst Tools I've Every Bought

I bought these on a whim while at the store. I had some work to do, and the thought of using a batter operated circular saw was appealing. I have a lot of battery powered tools. None nearly as light as this...As in...it feels like there's nothing in the battery that actually makes a battery a battery. Within an hour, these were back at Lowe's. They're horrible.

Great product. Decent battery

Over all a great buy but 4 stars only because the battery is decent at best. It comes with 2. Takes a while to fully charge. Positive side for me is all my tools are craftsman. Battery fits multiple applications. Tools over all hold up for any DIY type guy.

Craftsman Tools

The tools are rugged and versatile! I particularly like the battery-operated skill saw! No extension cord required! No improvements required, either.

trash

Terrible kit, circular saw is completely useless cannot cut anything. Drill has no power and the chuck comes loose constantly. Saw and impact are decent. DO NOT BUY if you plan on using these as a contactor.

DIY Dad's Best Friend

I am a DIY dad, doing projects around the house and outside the house. The hardest thing I threw at this kit was dismantling my kids old play house. I cut the entire thing down and made quick work of it. I went through 4x1.5Ah batteries in the processes and the 1st battery was nearly charged when I ran out of battery on the 4th. I was using the circular saw and saws all. It chewed threw the batteries (brushed tools) but I got the job done. I was very impressed that the tools keep there stren...

rewarding price

Last week you had this at $229.00 and the date was to last until fathers day how did you change the price before june 21 that is not fair the tool set is very good I mean that still a good price just kind of upset the deal did not last long enought!

battery lasts 5mins tops & tools have little power

I purchased this as a personal gift to myself so I could start to improve our house. The batteries drain very fast, like commercials last longer than the batteries. So now my projects are delayed until the batteries are fully charged, again and again. The tools themselves heat up extremely fast as well. It doesn't make any sense how quickly they heat up. The drill/driver was used on its very first day and the motor seized. The bit driller will not hold bits when exiting holes either. I've tried ...

Not Good

Reciprocating saw broke after 30 seconds of use. Returned and got the Bosch 4 tool combo for the same price and feel much better about money spent.

Great residential tools

This is a great set of tools for your home. Gives you most of what you need for starter projects. My only issue is trade a 2ah battery for a 4ah battery drills and the saw only run so long with the 2ah.

Unboxing

Charged batteries loaded all tools in bag to get started do some projects around the house and the zipper on the bag broke but that did stop the tool just a little disappointed right out the box literally.

Go Cordless

In the process of remodeling a basement bedroom and bath was tired of tripping over cords. I was really impressed with the skill saw, sawzall, and brightness of flashlight. Already owned the Drill and Impact and was impressed which is why I made the purchase.
