Useful Combo Kit

Great power tool set at a great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this set because of price, not thinking if ever need or use everything in it. But I guess once you have the tools, you find an endless need to use them, over and over. Projects are always around, and it's great to have quality tools I can rely on when needed, which is more often than I'd originality imagined.

Excellent for home repair and remodeling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this kit about 4 years ago and has helped me with my house remodeling project. I have used these tools hard so many times and they all lasted for a very long time. I had some issues with each one of them due to how much they were being used but I had that excellent warranty; just send them a message about what the issue is, send pictures and videos, they send you a new one for no additional cost! Amazing!

2 dead batteries

Can't really comment on quality yet. Bought they shipped it to my house and tried to charge the batteries and nothing no light on charger so figured that the charger was bad. drove to lowes and they opened a charger and same thing no light nothing. they tried a different battery that work and the light went on so they opened a 2 pk and tried them they both lit up on my charger so it wasn't the charger it was the batteries. Both were bad. They replaced them for me. So we will see.

I was really impressed with these tools when I started to use them and they held up to all of the other brands.

Not happy

Circular saw jams when it touches wood and will not cut at all.I broke the reciprocating saw the second time I used it cutting plywood.The drill and driver overheat pretty quickly and shut off until they cool down,it's only a matter of time before the motors burn up.The oscillating tool is weak on power .The light works fine but who really cares about a light in a power tool kit.These are the first, worst, and last craftsman power tools I will ever own.I own tons of hand tools and toolboxes whic...

Great price and I like Craftsman products for home DIY projects.

Great value for the price

First my concerns and dislikes: The grips dig into my skin. I suppose I'll just wear work gloves, I should be anyway. Second is the useless bag. Either include a hard one or none at all. You're just going to bang them around in the bag and it's hard to organize everything into a duffel bag, I'll use it at the gym but not for the tools. 2x 2.0ah batteries... I would have preferred 1 4.0ah battery. These things are junk, they might be fit for the light or radio (sold separately). They just don't p...

One bad tool ruined the bunch

The tools worked great. Had to replace an old 19.2V set that I have loved for over 15 years. The tools in the set were great and helped me with all my projects so far. But the only fail tool was the reciprocating saw. I use it for tree pruning and cutting the roots that are sticking up in the yard from a tree that needs trimming in the new house we bought.
