Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this cordless ratchet for its convenience, reliability, and exceptional value. Most highlight its effectiveness for light- to medium-duty tasks, noting it excels at breaking loose bolts, speeding automotive maintenance, and working in tight spaces where hoses are impractical. Reviewers consistently commend the compact, ergonomic design and describe it as a game-changer for DIY work. Many appreciate the time-saving capabilities and note it delivers just the right torque for everyday needs. A small number mention it lacks power for high-torque applications like lug nuts over 20 ft-lbs, though most frame this as a realistic limitation rather than a flaw. Overall, customers find it an outstanding value and highly recommend it for routine maintenance tasks.

Great Deal on a Great tool
Would RecommendDefinitely a believer now and watching Lowe’s Daily deals, $39 was an incredible price for this 3/8 racket, looking forward to see how well it performs with my new V20 advanced battery
Never received the order
I never received this order. Lowes delivery team delivered it to the wrong address. I found out this when I get the delivery notice - the front door picture in the delivery confirmation notice is not from my house. I complained to Lowes team immediately and request a redilivery and I followed up recently. A month passed. No results. No Refund. Really frustrated!!!
