Would Not RecommendI’ve had this for a couple years now and honestly I can’t figure out how this is so highly rated. It can’t even loosen the simplest of bolts unless they are pre-broken loose and significantly loosened after that. Let alone try to use it on any vehicle bolts in the engine bay. Doesn’t matter if it’s a new or old battery. Perhaps I’m simply expecting to much. Perhaps seeing mechanics use other brands in repair videos set my expectations too high. Never received the order
I never received this order. Lowes delivery team delivered it to the wrong address. I found out this when I get the delivery notice - the front door picture in the delivery confirmation notice is not from my house. I complained to Lowes team immediately and request a redilivery and I followed up recently. A month passed. No results. No Refund. Really frustrated!!!
