Pretty disappointed. I paid for a new tool and the blade had obviously been substantially used. I expect more from Lowes. I had been waiting for this to arrive for a specific task/project.

Shuts off

Bought this tool to repair some vinyl tile I have And within 15 minutes using a tool, it was just shut off as soon as I start trying to cut it feels like it doesn't have enough power, and I turned it all the way up

The brand is worth your DIY money.

I've bought several craftsman tools, and they all work exceptionally well. And this tool is just as good. and you definitely will save some money on their prices. Highly recommended.

As a female DIYer this thing is amazing to have in your tool box. Its easy to use doesnt intermediate me like some of the larger tools. It has a variety of tools to simplify many little jobs. Recently I installed LVF flooring and this was so helpful and made cuts my big tools could never achieve. The battery life is so much better than the original version I bought 20 years ago but I do wish it had a cord option for bigger jobs. Thankfully I have a backup battery. Works very well. Light and durable. The only drawback is the provided blades are not good. Save yourself a trip buy blades at the time of purchase.

I really like the quick blade change feature. I replaced an older corded one with this. Just a home DIYer. These are very versatile tools.
