Would RecommendOk. I was surprised. Are you going to cut down a large oak tree or get into the tree trimming business? No. If you know your tools limitations you will be happy with the saw. A pecan tree, or should I say a 1/3 of a pecan tree fell in my yard. It had no problem cutting 8-10 limbs. It cuts a tad slower than my gas 14" chainsaw, but being able to just pull the trigger and cut. Less noise because it does not run all the time. It is also lighter than my 14" gas saw. I initially reviewed the Craftsman v-20 12" battery powered saw in September, 2022. At that time I had owned the saw only a few days.
