What Customers Are Saying
The product appears to have mixed reviews. Many customers praise its ability to easily cut through thick branches up to 2 inches in diameter, highlighting the long handles that provide good leverage and the sharp blades. However, a significant number of customers have experienced quality issues, with the blades bending or becoming dull after limited use, even on smaller branches. Some report the product breaking or becoming misaligned after just a few uses. While it may work well for lighter pruning and trimming, the durability and quality control concerns raised by many reviewers suggest it may not be suitable for more demanding cutting tasks.

Would RecommendThe durability and strength is highly noted. I had to replace the same loppers after a dozen years of hard use. So happy I found the same exact model and brand: CoronaTools. Over-exceeded my expectations thru the years. The rubber around the handles wear out after a few years of abuse, but I think I will cover the handles with a good leather wrap on the new one. I appreciate the good quality very much.

Blade issues/chipping
Would Not RecommendI liked the size and weight. I also thought they would be agood addition to my tool collection until I used them. In the store one of the blades was chipped on another set, so I just though manufaturing issue not a big deal. I chose to trim a few small branched, twigs on my 3 year old apple tree and low and behold chip of the blade. I am not sure it is a metal issue from the die or what but the blade chipped, has a knoch out of it, in the same place as the stores one did. Not sure if I am go...

chipped blade
Would Not Recommendblade chipped off after a few dozen cuts on a small tree with no more that 1.25 inch diameter limbs. had to exchange for a new one I have a pair of Corona hand pruners that have failed also out of warranty. I used to run a fruit orchard for ten years and had all our helpers use Corona products so I know how to properly use them. It’s a shame that you cannot rely on such a basic tool that should last a lifetime.

Broke on the first use
Would Not Recommendthese seemed like a good option in the store. I was cutting up small limbs off a Magnolia tree 2in or less. The blade had the exact problem many others in the comments are complaining about. Poorly forged metal and construction. Handle grips also slip as seen in my photos. Do not recommend.
