What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these loppers for sharp blades that cut through branches effortlessly, lightweight ergonomic design ideal for extended use, and exceptional affordability. Most highlight the blades' sharpness as the primary strength, describing cutting as effortless even on thick limbs. Many commend the long handles for superior reach and leverage, making them accessible for seniors and those with limited strength. Reviewers consistently express surprise at the quality-to-price ratio, calling it outstanding value. A few note limitations with very thick branches or handle length preferences, but these represent minimal feedback. Overall, customers strongly recommend these loppers as reliable, durable, and exceptional value.

Corona 19-in Carbon steel Bypass Lopper 1-1/2
Would RecommendI wanted a 1-1/2-inch lopper to go with my chipper shredder vac that has 1-1/2-inch chipping capacity, easy to grip and to cut up to the 1-1/2 inches. Best to keep well-oiled to prevent rusting, and easy in operating. DO NOT try to cut over sized branches.

Sharp, sturdy, well designed
Would RecommendI liked it (30-plus years as a professional landscaper). I think some would think its steel handles heavy, but for me that's the price of DURABLE. And Corona once again has demonstrated its insistence on sharp blades. A worthy addition to the garden shed's stash, especially at the current price.

blades too soft
Would Not Recommendno matter which model, the blades too soft, only good for banana tree, other than that the blades will bend after a few cuts.
