Best for the money that I could find in it's class

I wanted a heavier tarp than I normally get locally for a chicken tractor I am building. This tarp was way cheaper than other heavier tarps in it's class. I also wanted white to cut down on the heat and that was hard to find as well. I haven't installed it yet but it looks like it should do a good job.

item never arrived and still no refund

I waited over a month and item not received by home delivery. Tried online customer service and they said that I could pick up nearby available inventory at no charge. Went to store and item appeared to be in stock but it was not. Refund refused at store. They offered a suggestion to make a FedEx claim. Is there a way to know if Lowe's has already done this?? The order was placed in April. Is there a way to get online store credit refunded?? I keep trying the chats with a live agent and get disc...

Quality control issues

I like the thickness of the tarp. The issue with it is the grommets are not all installed correctly. There are several that re folded over on one or both sides so it does noes not create a smooth opening.

Missing grommets

We bought this and got it up on the roof and realized that one whole side on an end was missing grommets. After the tour it was to get it up there we just had to hang it over the side of the house and wait it down. Because there was no way that we could get it down and fold it up as big as it is and then wait for a replacement to come I would not recommend this faulty crap. Big waste of money

Heavy Duty and durable. I tie thick ropes to two corners and drag my chopped up leaves and yard debris to the woods, or burn piles. In my lawn business, I've pulled thousands of tarps over the years. I also use it to put debris on my trailer, and it pulls off real easy when going to the landfill. Work smarter, not harder! Yesterday I used it to pull my injured dog up to the house. That was a first.
