Ratings & Reviews for Core Instant Cabin 11 x 9 Foot 6 Person Cabin Tent with Air Vents and Loft Red

Best tent I've ever owned

My wife went camping in the high mountains (10000 ft) during this time we experienced 50 mph. winds, heavy rain, and 3+ inches of snow! The tent came through this incredible weather with flying colors. There were no leaks, tears, even bearing the weight of wet snow. We are very happy with our purchase.

Awesome tent!!

I was looking for a tent that was quick to setup as I like to relax IN camp, not be setting it up. All I can say, Core delivered. My friend went camping with a tent that went over his truck bed and I had my tent setup, staked, table and chair out, having a drink before he was even finished with his tent! Construction seems solid, had plenty of airflow to keep me cool. Bottom seems a little more sturdy than some of the other tents I’ve had which will help punctures if you don’t put a tarp down fi...

Super Easy Setup

This tent is super easy to set up and has a great big interior pocket. The only down side so far is how thin the floor is. When packing up up for the first time, too much stress was placed on the floor and it ripped.

This is an amazing tent.

This is an amazing tent. 10 minutes to erect and 10 minutes to put in the bag. Well-made, well engineered. This makes me want to go camping again.

Easy setup - weak floor material

After just a few uses we developed a hole in the bottom. Core was gracious to send some patch material. When we went to apply the patch, we discovered many small holes in the floor. (We always lay down a heavy tarp first and often line the inside with rubber puzzle mat material for comfort). When I lay under the assembled tent to look for more holes, it was like looking at a starry sky on a dark night - dozens of small holes. In the rain we ended up with the bottom of our sleeping pads wet. Core...

awesome!

i saw this tent on a jenna marbles youtube video and thought it looked awesome. i'm using it for music festival camping. i love how easy it is to set up, you literally unfold it and pop up the poles and its good to go! of course you should stake it down, and it comes with extra stakes and a little bag for them!!! the rain cover comes a good inch out from the top of the tent which is really helpful.

Fun and easy

Easy set up. Easy take down. Easy to clean. We had a lot of fun camping!

Awesome tent

I've had this tent for 2 years and it's been great. Simple to set up and take down (after a bit of practice, better take down videos would be appreciated). I replaced the included ties with buckle straps which make it easier to cinch down the tent to fit in the bag. Had one night with an hours long downpour but the tent held up and not one drop inside, I was amazed. Overall a great product with no complaints.

Great tent!

6 Person Instant Cabin Tent 11' x 9' is a quality tent that went up fast just as advertised. It's going to rain this weekend so we will see how it goes.

Loved my tent, best tent i ever own

I loved it, just used in the pass weekend for 2 night camping with 2 young child, set up and take it down in a min, very convenience, everyone love our tent and they all want to get one as well. such a big hit !!

Great Tent, great service

Very easy set up and very quick. The interior nets are great for organizing with plenty of room for air mattresses. First tent had a pole strap break off during set up but CORE service was extremely helpful rectifying that issue in short order. Vents create great air flow so it does not get stuffy. The CORE square lantern is great for lighting as well. Would strongly recommend for anyone who needs space and easy set up. Only downsides is the door zipper can be a little annoying.

Tent seems pretty great!

So i have not used yet but did do a dry run to see how it works. It is very easy and can be put up by one person minus wind. I look forward to using in about a month and hope its just what i needed. Thanks

5 stars, highly recommend!

Setup is incredibly intuitive and easy - my husband and I skipped the instructions, opened up the packaging, and had it set up within minutes. Our second night ever using it included pouring rain, and we stayed dry all night. Highly recommend this tent!

Buyer's remorse? Nope!

We couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's like they took our favorite instant cabin tent (purchased from a competitor) and made it better! Easy set up and tear down, strong attention to detail in the build, and it's truly waterproof from the factory. The tent is super easy to set up and tear down. Seriously, we spent more time inflating the queen air mattress than we did setting up the tent. Once up, the tent weathered two storms; one of which included a tornado watch. The tent remained i...

Great Equipment

My wife and I recently bought this tent to get back into camping. We have used it twice now and it is a great tent to use. Easy setup - we had the whole tent up, with air mattress and gear stored inside within 15 minutes. The tent withstand a night of steady rain and wind with no leaks or problems. Take down was easy as well and fit right back into the bag it comes in with no problem.

Worked great except in the wind

We bought this tent for quick easy trips and loved the size but we used it 3 times then on the 4th we were camping and it was a very windy weekend and the poles snapped under the pressure and now longer works but did love it till then. For the price I thought it would handle a little better then that.

My husband loved how fast

My husband loved how fast it was to put up and take down.

Great tent

Bought this tent for my grandson for Christmas. The reason I bought the Core tent for my grandson is because I bought one last year for my personal use and was pleasantly plleased. By far the best tent I have had.

Im getting wet!

I purchased this for my trip to the Smokies this week. It was so awesome to set up, even by myself. But as I lay here in the rain, there's water coming in everywhere! It's seeping through all the sides, and dripping off the bottoms of those little tabs in the tent. The rain fly is doing its job it's just coming in everywhere else.
