What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these cartridges for vibrant, sharp prints with no smearing or streaking, and many highlight exceptional reliability over time. High-yield options deliver impressive longevity, significantly reducing replacement frequency and lowering cost per page for heavy users. However, most customers express frustration with the steep upfront cost, describing it as a major financial burden. Despite the premium pricing, reviewers consistently recommend the product for its superior performance, though some note the expense makes ongoing ownership challenging.

Great ink. Fast service. Didn't get a return label or bag to mail back the empty

Excellent ink cartridge but costly.
Excellent product and worked perfectly. The biggest negative is the “price”. HP needs to review its product cost and produce the ink cartridge more competitively.

Ink life
Would RecommendWhat people should know about this product is that if the chip on the cartridge gets outdated then all of your very expensive ink is trash. Brand new HP cartridges that don’t work. So buy them one at a time.

Good product. Too expensive.
Genuine HP products are always best. However, HP knows this and the price is way too expensive . Reasonably priced printers but gouged on ink into perpetuity.
