Pretty foolproof. Says it only holds 3lb but that’s a minimum. Haven’t really tested it but it’s working wel for holding up a banner

It didn't last forever.

I used this to hold dog harnesses. It held great for about 4 years. It was nice looking and convenient. This morning it suddenly fell down. There was no wall damage when it fell, but the back broke off so I can't put it back up.
