Would Not RecommendTemperature got down to 3 degrees with -18 wind chill factor. Winds blew my Christmas pre-lit garland on this product with winds up to 60 MPH. These wire hooks stayed on my front door and I never had an issue under the most extreme conditions to hang garland. Great product. Highly recommend.

Great for Seasonal Decor on Door
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a free sample to review. I currently have the pair of these on my front door to hold a seasonal banner / flag up. Sub zero temps and no issues with these sticking and staying put. See photos, but ignore my hanger that I left on the door! Great to use for seasonal decorations on doors. Super Product!
