Ratings & Reviews for Command Medium 2 -Pack Clear Adhesive Wire hook 2-lb Capacity

OK But...

Took the paint right off the wall when I went to change posotions of some pictures. AND, they ar much less expensive at our local Dollar General.

holds stockings

these held our stockings up. we placed them on top of the mantle.

Doesnt hold weight

I bought a 6 pack to hold one Christmas garland (to protect newly painted walls). Well under 1lb if weight per hook, the hook failed AND tore the paint off my walls.

Love that the wire can toggle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these for handing night curtains on a boat.

GARBAGE!

I got these today, the 2 lb type, to hang my BRAND NEW custom framed photo from my wedding. Within two maybe three hours it fell right off the wall and SHATTERED. I know for a fact it wasn't too heavy. Even the decorative baskets I hung at the same time came off. I am so upset. Save yourself the hassle and get the white ones or better yet a picture hanging nail kit.

Exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to hang a holder for my vacuum cleaner accessories & wanted something that was strong enough to hold the weight of the accessories and hold with me removing & returning them. These are perfect & hold.

Teenager approved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these. My daughter is 13,soooo she is always changing her mind. These hanging strips allow us a happy meet in the middle. She can redecorate all she wants and we don’t have paint AGAIN. Thank you 3M for allowing me to keep my sanity:)

Sturdy Uses for the Utility Closet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something sturdy to hang a variety of dusters, mops and brooms for a small utility closet in my apartment. These Command Toggle Hooks did the trick! They really hold the weight and keep my closet very neat. They’re a real space saver and keep all everything tidy and off the floor.

Hard Pass...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found that the pad stuck fine to the painted surface, and the clear plastic hook mount stuck great to the pad--until even the most minimal load was applied. Bad experience, won't Command products again in any form or fashion. VERY disappointing for a 3M product--I'm ordinarily a big fan of the company, but this line has become a miss at the price point it is being offered at.

A great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought servael packages of these hooks. Great for hanging kitchen cooking utinesits, calenders, ear buds etc. Very easy to use

Perfect size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very helpful for hanging packets of salad dressing, gravy starter, and soup mixes.

Adjustable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the wire toggle hooks to hold all my projects in my hobby cabinet. They adjust to different widths and holes in my brushes and other tools I use. Holds great but don't get too heavy on the item you're hanging or you'll have to go to the next hanger for more holding power.

DO NOT BUY

“Damage- Free hanging, holds strongly, Removes clearly” False, false and false. These command hangers damaged my wall when I pulled them off. I followed the instructions on the back of the package- “hold hook gently in place, never pull the strip towards you pull straight down, stretch the strip slowly against the wall at least 12 inches to release”.... highly disappointed in these hooks.
