Fly leaks
Would Not RecommendI purchased this tent for a camping trip in northern Ontario. During the dry days the tent was excellent, very spacious, great pockets on the inside for storage, easy set up. However once the rain began the tent began to leak. I had to set a tarp up over top of the tent to keep everything dry. As an experienced camper this was no issue, however it is a bit of an inconvenience as one would generally expect a fly to protect your tent from a little bit of rain. The rain went right through the fly ...

Love this big tent!!
So quick to get up! Got set up in about 9 minutes, did it alone and I’m 5’4”. It’s so spacious, lot of air flow(good for summer camping)! The polls are attached in 2 corners(brilliant!) which is so helpful! The rain fly is easy to get on and clips on too. The color is gorgeous!(blue/teal). Easy to take down too, I got it back in the bag on the second try. Just follow the instructions! I love it!

Spacious!
I bring this along to campouts with my Cubscouts. This tent is not too big and not too little. I also have the 8-person version of this tent. Both have ample room for sleeping and gear storage. Holds up great to heavy rain and wind. Ive yet to wake up in a puddle!

Girl Scout Camping
Would RecommendWe bought these tents to replace some of our Girl Scout troops older tents. We use them for troop camping trips with 4 girls and gear per tent. Like the extra head room and the poles attached to the tent itself. We purchased better stakes than the ones provided. We hope to get several years worth of use for our troop.

Better than Sundome IMO
Would RecommendFeels roomier than the Sundome despite having a smaller footprint. Easier to get in/out of. Haven’t camped in the rain yet but expect it to be as good based on the similar materials. Weighs more but this is for car camping.

Setup design is an absolute trainwreck
The poles are permanently attached to one side of the tent. After untangling the shock cords and fitting all the fiberglass ends into the aluminum sleeves, you have to clip a bunch of hooks to the poles. They can't just slide because of the aluminum sleeves on the poles and there aren't any markings to show where the hooks need to be positioned. If you start the hooks from the top, you have to keep adjusting the spacing. If you start at the bottom, you can't access the hooks at the top. All this...

Great tent
Would RecommendGreat tent! Just don’t put the silver rain flap on the ground in 80 degree weather while putting up the tent or whatever you put on it (like my favorite shoes) will melt!

MOIST
Would Not RecommendThis tent let in so much rain. The seals are weak, the rain fly ripped after 2 uses, the poles never break down so you’re able to fit them back into the bag. If the storage pouches are too weighed down (2 iphones, 1 wallet, and 2 headlamps???), the poorly designed rain fly lets water in & it just streams down into whatever you’re storing. Truly a poorly designed/engineered tent. We threw it away after TWO uses. Sad.

Terrible Tent
Would Not RecommendThis tent is trash. It’s very poorly designed. The structural design of the tent can not withstand even a gentle breeze without caving in. We followed the instructions step by step, used the guy wires provided and it still caved in when the wind blew. I was forced to use makeshift guy wires out of paracord to keep it upright through the night. The tent is attractive on the shelf but you’ll regret your purchase if you’re not camping in a controlled environment.

Lasted one setup before poles broke
Would Not RecommendThis lasted one set up before the elastic that holds the tent poles together broke in one of the sides. I rethreaded the polls onto the broken elastic and tied it in the middle, but I don’t know if it will hold next time I go camping. It did keep the rain out the one time I got to use it before it broke.

Terrible in any wind
Would Not RecommendFirst time setting it up, it folded over in a wind gust. Had to strategically place the tie downs and it seemed OK after that. Second time setting up we had a stronger wind come by. It bent two poles at the metal joint. The bent poles then tore through the rain fly. The tent was completely destroyed after two uses. If you think you are going to have any wind, don't buy this tent.

Features seem not well thought out
Would Not RecommendYou have to use 2 hands on the zipper door, inside and out. The zipper does not move with one hand, and it gets caught in the rain flap. Maybe it's just me, but camping with children, you rarely enter/exit a tent with both hands free. Seems you always have something in one hand, clothes, flashlight, shoes, etc. Having to put down whatever you are carrying made me think about my last tent that we wore out, it was a one hand zipper, always. The Skydome tent we have has an led rope with cont...
