These clips are helpful to install in one or two places once the shelf is hung with the traditional hook shaped back mounts. It secures the backside of the shelf from moving up as well as down.

Great for shelves

These clips worked great with the wire shelves I used them to install. They provide a lot of support and feel very secure.

Worked For Intended Use

We have wooden shelves in our closet, the problem was, they were too narrow to store anything. So we laid 16” wide wire closet shelving on top of the wooden shelves and used these brackets along the back to secure the wire to the wood shelf. We left the wood shelves as support and the brackets help it stay in place so it won’t tilt forward removing things. We couldn’t use the screws that come with these, had to buy shorter ones, but they worked absolutely great for what we needed!
