Would RecommendI have been using Builders bars for quite a few years and they remain a go-to staple for me. The protein is a good thing, but the bar takes care of that mid-morning and mid afternoon fade as well.

Improved My Engergy
Would RecommendI've only recently begun consuming the Clif Builders protein bars (peanut butter chocolate). Yes, the bar is a bit dense but overall, but I enjoy the taste and have noticed it gives me a good amount of energy during the day. I have not experienced the earlier formula many write about but have tried many other similar products. This one is at the top of my list. One thing I would like is the removal of "Seed Oils" in the bars. Avocado or Coconut oil benefits the body better.
