I bought this for the first time two weeks ago, I was excited to try this smooth tear. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, this was the absolutely your worst idea ever. Either it is totally worthless or I got a package that was made while your machines were out of proper settings. I can not get it to tear on the very few preferations that were in the two rolls that I have tried.
