Bad wavy tears

Please accept this note as a sign of a desire to be helpful We have been loyal Charmin TP customers for many years (perhaps decades). In all honesty, we have not used other products. Yet we have recently been disappointed. We began having serious concerns about how the paper tears. The wavy tear is not effective. It is NOT a smoother tear. NOT ULTRA SOFT....Rough paper

Having been a Charmin user for the family for many years, I am very disappointed. I don't know how anyone can call this ULTRA SOFT with Smooth Tear. It is rough! Yes, it tears easier. But not even close to being the Ultra Soft my family knows and loves. Not happy with this version. Hopefully you will continue to produce Ultra Soft without the 'Smooth Tear'. I am not impressed at all and just sorry I purchased this new version.

Definitely a good everyday option!

Soft and comfortable. With wider sheets and more coverage. The sheets separate easily without making a mess. I also like getting 6 rolls in one package since it’s convenient to have extras on hand.

I like that it’s not scented

This is the only toilet paper I will ever buy. It doesn’t shred doesn’t fall apart very absorbent. This is my favorite toilet paper of all time

I bought this for the first time two weeks ago, I was excited to try this smooth tear. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, this was the absolutely your worst idea ever. Either it is totally worthless or I got a package that was made while your machines were out of proper settings. I can not get it to tear on the very few preferations that were in the two rolls that I have tried.

Tear versus literly tear.

Have been buying these since they first came out. But, at this time we are so Very disappointed in them. We buy usually 24 or more rolls & this time 13 rolls so far they don't just pull apart when you give a little or big tug, were able to use one hand. Pay more for these and get like totally tear.down, if i wanted the ones that tear having to hold with 2 hands. More expensive or less expensive.

Super Durable and absorbent!

This is the best Toilet paper I have ever used! Super durable and absorbent. It’s also good to blow your nose with if you don’t have any tissues, it won’t make your nose dry. Highly recommend!

Charmin

Charmin is the only brand toilet paper my family purchases. Softest toilet paper out there and comes in different ply’s for all types of bottoms!

Softest and unscented

This is the only toilet paper I will use, as I had skin cancer "down there" requiring MOHS surgery, and this is the softest toilet tissue that doesn't have dyes and is unscented. I even take it on vacations so I don't have to use the scratchy toilet tissue provided from hotels.

Very soft

This product is amazing, it is soft and it isn't too thin so it doesn't break easily like other toilet paper. It cleans wonderfully and doesn't leave anything behind.

A New Way To Cheat You Out Of Money

Don’t like the new “easy tear” at all. It seems designed to tear significantly further up than where your hand is, instead of tearing at the perforation nearest your hand. I get the distinct feeling it was designed to get you to use more, hence increasing corporate profits. Congratulations Procter & Gamble, you’ve now introduced wasteflation to accompany shrinkflation. Absolutely, the most comfortable bath tissue you've ever experienced. Absorbs well, does greater dispensing doesn't unroll crazy and feels great against your skin super soft

Missing Tears

I have been using Cottonelle forever but decided to try Charmin Ultra Soft Smooth Tear. There are a few smooth tears to start the roll but then no tears at all for vast majority of roll.

Non absorbent.

I am a Charmin (soft) only person but I an extremely disappointed in the ultra soft lately. It doesn’t flush, it floats in the toilet. Takes 2-3 flushes to get it down. I also feel damp after wiping. Go back to the original formula for making this product. I don’t want to have to change brands.

I’ve been using this toilet paper since the pandemic. It’s soft yet strong. By far the best toilet paper I’ve ever used. The new curved perforated line makes tearing that much easier.
