Won't tear

I know you have a great product. Lately I have an issue with the Mega Roll 6=72 tearing. The last package I bought is atrocious. I hope this doesn't continue to be an issue. If it does, you do have competition, even though not as good.

I've used your TP products in the past but steered clear from them as I found it super soft but ineffective for the most important part of the job. My husband picked this up and boy we're both really impressed. We both noticed that it's soft yet works, thicker and we need less and who ever invented the new tear design is brilliant!

Best toiletpaper in town

Let’s face it, we all cringe when we go to grab a few sheets of toilet paper at a public event or even a friends house only to be disappointed they don’t appreciate simple comfort in life. I have been using Charmin for years. The soft texture along with durable performance makes Charmin the king of clean! Buying Charmin in bulk helps reduce the cost adding to the obvious choice. And last butt not least, the fancy scalloped perforated sheets are adorable.

AWFUL DO NOT BUY

The booty crumbs are unreal. I have never had a worse toilet paper. It leaves behind a trail no matter if you’re whipping the front or back. AWFUL.

Not at all soft anymore. I have been.using Charmin ultras soft for many, many years and the difference is remarkable.

Grease streaks

I just came home with a 30 roll pack of Ultra Soft and 4 of the rolls have streaks that look like grease or something from the processing equipment. I’m hoping it is only on the outer layer and not thru the entire roll. I’m send a picture if I can get it to load.

Terrible tears

I have been a long-time customer of Charmin. Your recent change to the perforations is a terrible feature. I have often times found it extremely difficult to find the perforations, resulting in a ragged tear and ultimately usage of more paper than I previously used.

Poor product for the price point!

This paper leaves more lint behind than any I have ever used! I would rather use cheap paper that leaves nothing behind!

Soft

This is definitely the preferred option for my family. We use this brand every day. Soft and gentle, not harsh feeling. Prices are very good for the quality.

Nothing better

Soft. Strong. Only need a few sheets to clean you. A staple in our home!! Pricey but in the long run worth it bc you use less! Also the way they tear with the design is satisfying.

Soft, strong and long lasting

It's soft without falling apart, which is a big win for me. Plenty of cushion too, but it holds up and does the job without shredding on you. And it lasts longer than regular rolls

I’ll only use Charmin

I only use charmin toilet paper in my household. Since I was a kid. I love the softness and thickness. It doesn’t get messy, it holds well and the tear makes it easy to get the right amount of toilet paper each time.

No perforated lines

Purchased the smooth tear. There were no perforated lines throughout the whole package. Will not be purchasing Charmin again

This product is amazing, it is soft and it isn't too thin so it doesn't break easily like other toilet paper. It cleans wonderfully and doesn't leave anything behind.

New wavy tear is a downgrade. No longer 5/5

I've been buying this for a very long time and found it amazing. Often just needing a few sheets to get the job done. However, since it was changed to the wavy tear, i find it keeps separating therefore needing more sheets if I don't want my fingers getting brown. I just wish it wouldn't seperate so easily. Like it used to be.
