Would Not RecommendI precisely followed the provided instructions for product preparation, cooking, and cleaning. After ONE USE the porcelain started coming off, exposing bare metal in some placed. I cooked on low heat, and just used warm soap and water to clean. Used only silicone cooking utensils. I will return today. As other people seemed to have had better results, this may be a problem with the manufacturing run (?).
Non as non stick as you think
Would RecommendThe product is good for putting small items on that are wrapped in foil. I followed the directions of only putting the plate on when ready to cook and apply PAM before I start. When I put my steak on with a little sauce on it, it stuck to the plate, it was hard to clean off. My salmon was ok.

Food Sticks and pan is spotty
Would Not RecommendI used this for the first time with carrots and potatoes. some of the potato skins stuck and were difficult to remove. carrots slid around the pan without issue. I cleaned the pan with hot soapy water several times. There is a spotty residue still on the edges. I'm extremely disappointed.
