Staff at Lowe’s was helpful in selecting this grill. Quality of the grill is excellent. Cooks well and flame control is very good. I am pleased with the free assembly and delivery.

Nice quality construction and the lid closes all the way in the back (a lot of grills have a huge gap in the back of the lid) I had it shipped to the store and I received just the right amount of updates and it was on time

2 items for the price of one

We have only had this grill approximately two weeks, and it is the perfect size for us. It heats up quickly maintains its temperature, and it doesn't have to be all the way up on high to maintain that temperature. The food does not stick to the grill I like the second shelf and it's perfect that it comes with a flat top as it is like getting 2 items for the price of one. Delivery was smooth. And on time, as promised was put together properly and securely and the delivery drivers were fantastic...

3 in 1, actually 2 in 1 plus additional purchase.

The two burner grill is good, however, it's not a 3 in 1, grill, griddle, and charcoal... to get the charcoal ypu have to purchase the $58 charcoal adapter. Also, even with one burner, on low the heat gets to 400 degrees... better heat control would be nice.

Advertised as a 3-in-1 grill able to convert to charcoal, but the charcoal inserts are sold separately and have been unavailable for months with no estimated time for availability. Don't spend extra for the false advertising. This grill cannot convert to charcoal without those inserts. So, unless they become available soon, just save your money and buy something cheaper.

Closest thing to charcoal grill

Because of the design this grill cooks the best steaks that is closest to charcoal grill. There are two grill layers . Regardless how fatty your meat is there will be no burning of the stakes, there will be no unstoppable flames. . As long as you clean your grill after each use this grill will make the best steaks for years to come.

Best Grill since sliced BREAD

"BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD" I was so excited to get my new 3-in-1 Charbroil commercial grill. This one is the best of both worlds. I researched Blackstone, and the only thing I liked about it was that it had a windproof flame. Then I looked at the five burner charbroil and WoW what a grill, zero I mean zero flame ups I can actually close the lid and step away my old grill I had to hover over the whole time I was cooking. This is my third Charbroil, poorly made

This is a Lowe’s exclusive & my third Charbroil. For the price, I expect excellence from both Lowe’s and Charbroil. There were scratches on the hood and the igniter had unconnected wires. We finished putting it together, troubleshooted it, and it still doesn’t work. So next week instead if grilling , I’ll have to call Lowe’s and or Charbroil’s customer service. I’m terribly disappointed and dissatisfied.
