Would Not RecommendThis grill was great! Up until the heating element went out and they apparently don't feel like making a replacement. They still make the grill somehow though. I've been waiting a year now. Good job charbroil! You nailed it on this one.

Crap!!! Stay as far away as you can from this BBQ
Would Not RecommendI had it just over a month and I am ready to throw it in the garbage. It's a piece of đź’©. I used it twice and the grill looks worse then my 10 year old well used BBQ. Food sticks to it, you can't control the heat on it. And the cleaning function is a joke. I wanted to return it after just 1 use, but of course, no refunds just a lot of run around between the store and the manufacturer. So I am stuck with this crap.

Electric Grill?
First I want to say Wow!! To think such a thing exists. I was searching for an electric grill for about a week and I was so convinced that Ninja Shark had one but it was just some failed hybrid grill that pretends to be all electric. When I found this product I said “finally a legit electric grill.” I am very happy with this purchase and the price was really good. Thank you for truly being innovative.

Dead on arrival
After spending few hours of assembly, plugged in the grill and tried to heat it up. Er3 was displayed. Followed trouble-shooting instructions for the error number and tried again. Same error appeared. Repeated 3 more times per instructions, just to get the same error.

Frustratingly unreliable
Would Not RecommendI had similiar experiences with the burners failing, constantly tripping circuit breakers, and eventually failing all together by short circuiting at the heating element (Quite scary, arcing with the grate). It didnt even last 10 uses before it died with the ER3 Code. Extreamly disappointed after spending so much.

Would Not RecommendThis product would be great but the heating element is flawed and does not hold up against the outdoors. This is now the second heating element that has failed. I'm not even sure if I will be able to get a replacement as there are no heating elements available. Buy a gas unit
