What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the gate's attractive appearance and straightforward assembly, with many noting it looks modern and high-end while snapping together easily. However, a substantial portion report serious durability issues, including panels breaking within weeks, hollow construction, and stripped screws. Missing components like latches and handles frustrate many buyers who must purchase additional parts. While some find it visually appealing and simple to install, quality failures and incomplete documentation significantly undermine satisfaction for a considerable number of reviewers.

Ordering was easy. Arrived at store ahead of schedule. Great communication throughout process
Product came damaged
Would Not RecommendPart of the post for the fence arrived broken. It also looks like someone else previously bought it, made some cuts in it, and then returned it. Product also took way too long to receive, about 3 weeks.

Missing parts
Would Not RecommendBought 2 gates and it came without latches. Contacted Lowe's via app and they said to they would be reaching out, but nothing happened.
Fence of a Lifetime
Would RecommendWe replaced a 20+ year old warped, wooden fence with a vinyl fence likely to last more than 20+ years.
Beware of opened packaging.
This was obviously an item that was returned before. The packaging had been opened before. Upon reopening and reviewing the contents, I found the following. 1. One top/bottom rail was cracked. 2. One plastic hinge cover was broken. 3. Part of the gate latch was missing.

Did not come with a latch
Would RecommendThe gate is nice and works fine. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the latch did not come with it. Maybe it was a fluke and we just didn’t get one in the package, but for what we paid it should have come with a latch.

Just side posts and hardware
Would Not RecommendContrary to the top picture, this isn't a full gate. Just the 2 side posts and the hardware. For a full gate you would need to buy the 2 horizontal member, the vertical planks, and a reinforcement metal piece for the load bearing post.
