What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the gate's attractive appearance, sturdy construction, and seamless fit with existing fencing, with many finding assembly straightforward and rewarding. However, a significant concern emerges around missing essential hardware, particularly latches, and inadequate or absent instructions causing frustration. Additionally, some customers report receiving damaged components like scuffed frames or broken panels, raising quality control questions. Despite these drawbacks, most reviewers consider the gate a solid investment for its visual appeal and durability, though buyers should verify hardware inclusion and inspect shipments carefully.
