What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on this gate. Many praise its attractive appearance, straightforward assembly with snapping panels, and well-made hinges. However, a substantial group reports serious structural failures within weeks, including panels breaking or flying out in wind, missing latches, and components that wiggle despite installation. Several note cracked pickets and ripped inserts, suggesting inconsistent material quality. While some confirm complete kits, many report missing hardware, particularly latches. Overall, reviewers are split between those satisfied with aesthetics and ease of setup versus those frustrated by durability and missing parts.

Would Not RecommendPart of the post for the fence arrived broken. It also looks like someone else previously bought it, made some cuts in it, and then returned it. Product also took way too long to receive, about 3 weeks.

Beware of opened packaging.
This was obviously an item that was returned before. The packaging had been opened before. Upon reopening and reviewing the contents, I found the following. 1. One top/bottom rail was cracked. 2. One plastic hinge cover was broken. 3. Part of the gate latch was missing.

Did not come with a latch
Would RecommendThe gate is nice and works fine. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the latch did not come with it. Maybe it was a fluke and we just didn’t get one in the package, but for what we paid it should have come with a latch.

Just side posts and hardware
Would Not RecommendContrary to the top picture, this isn't a full gate. Just the 2 side posts and the hardware. For a full gate you would need to buy the 2 horizontal member, the vertical planks, and a reinforcement metal piece for the load bearing post.
