Would Not RecommendThe 5x8G currently available is not the Next-gen trailer as described. I canceled my order before it went out of stock because I was afraid I would have received the older version.

Would RecommendWe are very happy with our purchase but the customer service we received when picking up the trailer was the shining star here. The young man and lady that helped me were new to Lowes but seemed to know what to do. Just to be sure they engaged a manager to ensure they had it right. Everything went smoothly and they even offered to set the trailer on my hitch, great customer service!

Would RecommendYou people need to stop crying about it's a cheap trailer no doubt it is if you wanted a heavy duty trailer then you should have dished out more money and purchased one. I purchased one for light duty loads and it's perfect for that. As far as Lowe's service Poughkeepsie was 5 star I was hooking up my trailer driving down the road with my trailer in 1/2 hour start to finish . Thank you Lowes staff.
Lowes will Help You With a Trailer Defect
Would Not RecommendI bought the trailer on a Sunday. Called the store on a Monday and told them a part was missing and the trailer gat would not latch. Customer Service called the manufacture (Carry-On) and told me they resolve the issue. It now 16 days later and they have not resolved the issue. Called the store again and they resulted to say it is out of their hands. Carry On wants me to travel 15 miles to resolve the issue and not pay for the expensive of the travel.

Would Not RecommendPurchased this product through the app, went to pickup at Danbury location and they were not prepared for me even though i received an email that it was ready. They didn’t have the title on hand and its 3 days later and I’m still waiting for my phone call drive back to pick up my title. Other than that the product is great.
