Excellent value for the money!

excellent value for the money. Does a very good job of keeping the rain out, not so good on the breathability aspect. Very light and excellent for summer and spring.

Great Jacket

Great jacket will be a perfect camping jacket for rain and cool weather.

Terrible good design.

This was great ? until I wore it in the rain only to find that the hood falls over my eyes no matter what adjustment is made - I understand that it is big to fit over a work helmet? but there's no excuse to not put a draw cord on the back of the hood so it can be snugged up for everyone else in the world. And I have to admit, I didn't even think to look for this standard feature when I tried in the jacket. So now I have a rain jacket that I cant use the hood in the rain. Waste of money.

Love it, It fits perfectly and has really nice camo detail. Pockets with zippers always a plus.

Keeps the rain out, keeps sweat in.

I carry mail and I don't have my allowance to purchase postal clothing yet so, I needed a rain jacket that wasn't camo? I have a lot of camo clothes, hah. This is nice and light, packs easily into a backpack too. It keep you dry even in a downpour but man? this jacket does not breathe at all so you end up getting wet from just sweating. Kinda unfortunate but, I know my situation is different than others and for just being outside I think this would be perfectly fine.

Great rain jacket for a hard working outdoor man.

Loved the jacket. I got a two-tone jacket as a gift to my 36-year-old son. My son lives in Alaska the rain and cold can be tough. This Jacket was light weight, and he loved all the placement of the pockets especially the one for the cell phone it zippers up for additional protection. My son said its light weight enough for him to move around in as his job is very physical. Now he is wearing is all the time.

This jacket is very nice. The fit is great. I love the pockets and that they zipper. This jacket cuts the wind well too! I highly recommend the jacket. I purchased it in the color Tarmac!

Excellent rain jacket for the money

Excellent rain jacket for the money. Light weight comfortable and seems durable. This is coming from a sheep farmer. Condensation is somewhat of an issue, never had any really waterproof gear without that.

Good investment

This jacket definitely meets the Pacific Northwest test. It rained the first two weeks after getting the jacket. It passed the rain test. It's comfortable. I got a medium sized jacket which is comfortable to layer a fleece jacket under it.

This was not for me, it was a gift . They're happy with the jacket.

Dry to the bone!

I got this jacket because it didn't have a liner so i could layer underneath as needed for cold! Welllllll i did that on our first icey storm and its in the teens and pouring the ice, I've just got a sweatshirt and long john shirt on under it..... I'm dry but hot! I had to thin out under clothing! I'm happy with this product and would buy it again if needed!

Full Monterey Jacket

My previous Monterey Jacket was 10-years old. I manage an 900-acre ranch by myself in Northern CA, so every Winter that jacket was used extensively. It was time to replace the jacket due to steady heavy rains, this Winter. I still have my old Monterey Jacket because it is still a great windbreaker on cold mornings.
