What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this electrical box for its sturdy, durable plastic construction that resists flexing and deformation during installation. Most highlight how easy and quick it is to install, with built-in nails and pre-molded depth notches simplifying the process. The wire entry clips and multiple ports deliver professional-looking finishes. Many customers emphasize the excellent value compared to pricier metal alternatives, making it ideal for DIY projects and renovations. A few note undersized screw holes requiring aftermarket screws, and some mention the black color makes mounting holes harder to see. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend it for reliable, affordable performance.

Bad Threads for Fixture Mounting Screws
Would Not RecommendBought five of these. Could not get standard 8-32 mounting screws into the holes on any of them. Even tried a new package of 8-32 screws. Eventually, had to get out my tap and die set and re-thread the holes with a tap. Very frustrating, especially when already mounted in the ceiling.
