The two guys were great and a perfect job

Both guys were very professional unloaded the refrigerator actually let me look at it and approve professionally bought it into the house without damage set up cleaned it up. Tell me about the refrigerator and what I needed to do and wish me a happy safe Fourth of July.

Big beautiful fridge

Cafe refrigerator is huge, lots of room for food storage. I like that the temperature is adjustable for different areas. The interior lighting is elegant but a little dark for my taste.

Great features - HORRIBLE ice maker!

This refrigerator looks great! It does have a lot of good features - spacious. The biggest draw-back is the external ice maker. IT SUCKS! The ice maker unit is too small and doesn't produce much ice - when it does - takes much longer to get it in a glass....sometimes no ice for the entire day. I am now looking into buying a good countertop ice maker. Irritating since we spent a fortune on all these appliances - and this is an issue that we deal with daily. i already see defects on the botto...

Poor performance

We have owned our Cafe fridge for almost 4 years. It worked perfectly for 3 years. Now it intermittently turns completely off. Compressor was showing failure. Replaced. System still doesn’t work. Our home is a new modern build and warranty tech is blaming it on home vs fixing / replacing . This was an expensive purchase. Everything else in our him works and electrical meets compliance / code.

DOA Refrigerator

Lowe's delivered this refrigerator with the incorrect handles and didn't ensure it was working before leaving. I now have a refrigerator installed with no handles and a does nothing but light up. It was dead on arrival with no quality control prior to delivery. Lowe's suggested that we schedule a GE technician to repair the fridge. Nice looking but not reliable

Left Door Will Not Stay Open

This refrigerator was delivered and installed but the left side door will not stay open on its own from the very beginning. We finally got around to calling Lowes installation team to fix it and they would not come out because we didn't call them within 30 days (we have been managing a renovation so we are just now resolving these minor issues).

Really nice fridge

This fridge is amazing, and looks great. Fits the space perfectly, and huge interior. The middle refrigerated drawer is so convenient. I really like the water pitcher dispenser and auto-refill. We didn't put any magnets on because it looks so nice.

Love the inside color!

Very excited about the sleek look of this fridge! Wish the ice maker worked faster, but overall happy with the fridge!

Buyer Beware, GE will not stand behind product

Received defective product, the box has a dip in it which caused air to get into the freezer and create ice and frost all over the rails and food. I called this in during the GE warranty, but the technicians couldn't figure out the problem. They replaced parts, more parts, the entire freezer drawer, seals, etc. It took 8 months and 6 visits and their TAG team to figure it out. DO NOT BUY, ESPECIALLY FROM LOWES

I bought this during a buy more save more promotion. Within the warranty period the freezer was full of ice and frost. It took GE technicians 6 visits and 8 months to determine it was a defective box and could not be repaired. They took so long that it is no longer under warranty and even though it was reported during warranty they will not replace it. Great features, pain to remove plastic wrap!

Love the refrigerator, but it has taken more than a week to remove all of the plastic bits. It took a plastic razor blade, rubbing alcohol, removing the handles, and a hair dryer to accomplish this. There needs to be a better way to protect it from scratches.
