I absolutely love my double oven, induction range! I love how quickly it heats and cooks. Love the induction technology and how food doesn’t burn on the hot surface. It’s easy to clean and beautiful looking. I get so many compliments on it. Highly recommend!

I love the look of this stove and the features!! After using a "Magic Chef" stove that dates almost as old as my house, I welcomed my new GE Cafe induction stove with double oven. I AM still old fashioned enough that I wish it came with a physical instruction manual, and it did not. Also, much to my surprise, it did not come with an air fryer basket. otherwise, it would have gotten 5 stars hands down!

loud noise, 11in burner is really 6in

I cannot believe the low quality of this machine, there are gaps between paneling and gasket. It makes a high pitched whistling sound if you have more than 2 burners on. The burners don't heat evenly and the 11inch burner is really 6 inches. it constantly cycles on and off on low settings.

Stovetop awful, customer service atrocious

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. I purchased this unit just over a month ago. The stovetop abruptly stopped working 2 days after I got it. The tech has been to my house 3 times. The most recent time, GE sent the wrong part, so the tech couldn’t fix it if he wanted to. GE says we refused the repair (again, it was the wrong part). Tech told us GE would call us in the next 2-3 business days. No one called. I had to call them. It’s been o we a month and my stovetop still doesn’t work. I spoke to a sup...

Broken after 7 months

GE Cafe Induction Range, Model CHS950P2MS1 TLDR: the range is not reliable and the warranty work isn’t timely. This is a beautiful range and I love the induction; HOWEVER, due to malfunctioning part, I have been unable to use the range for two weeks and GE says they cannot tell me if/when the part will arrive. The range is 7 months old and still under warranty. This is ridiculous.

Induction Stopped Working at 15 months!

We had this model for 1 year and 3 months before the induction stopped working, toxic smelling smoke came out of the back vent when operating the large burner. The entire induction module and the large burner needs to be replaced, a $1500+ repair. This is 3 months post warranty and GE offered absolutely no assistance in repairing. There is no reason a stove should have a major malfunction after 15 months of normal household use and very disappointing that GE's attitude was that this was nothing ...

Great but loud

The range looks great, dials are responsive, quick to heat, I absolutely love having a double oven and the air fryer works great. My only real complaint is it can be quite loud. Obviously using the right pan and right sized burner fix most the noise issues but if you use two adjacent burners at opposite powers (one low and one high) this stove will sing.

Purchased Mid NOV for 3999 and they will not do a price adjustment to the current sale price of 3699 less than 30 days later. Absolute robbery on their part and terrible treatment of their customers.

Best Range EVER!

Very Happy with every aspect of this range from the beauty to the function & options. Do note that the width is more like 30 1/4" wide. Have an opening bigger than 30's I had to do some modifications to my counter. Double oven is so convenient. The smaller upper oven is so nice not having to heat up a whole oven for a smaller meal. Double option is easier for baking two items of different temperatures. Induction stove heats up super fast but is nice that the rest of the area stays cool. Over spi...
