Great Range top

So far, we've had this unit for over a month and works great. Love the ease of lighting the burners, the configuration of the burners and the power settings from each one. The notations on placement of each burner on the knobs themselves is great to have as well as the ability to easily clean the grates for the range top.

The burner that is not being used is trying to ignite itself by making ignition sound.

Attractive but not as practical as my old GE Cafe.

The smaller burners should really all be at the front. Reaching over a large pot to get to a small one is cumbersome and dangerous. For example, the right front burner has a huge flame; the burner behind it is smaller.

overall its great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall, i love the cooktop. however, i have had multiple knobs break. there is plastic piece on the back of the metal knob that breaks. if you do not push in the knob first, then turn the plastic piece will break. ive never broken one, but when i have a new guest over, they tend to strip them and break them. tto my knowledge, you cant just buy the small plastic piece, i have to buy the enitre knob and it is expensive

Poor Design, Broken Knobs

⭐️ 1 Star – Poor Design, Knobs Constantly Break We purchased the Café Series range top (model CGU366P4TW2) expecting high quality, but it’s been a huge disappointment. Four out of the six knobs are now broken, and they cannot be repaired. After the third one failed, it became clear this is a design flaw, not user error. For the price, I expected durability — not a product where basic functionality breaks down within a short time. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Does not work as advertised

Burners put out uneven heat, the 12,000 btu center burners each put out different amount of heat from eachother, same with the rear 18,000 btu burners and the wok burner puts out a huge flame that leaves a ton of soot on the pans. I had service come out and they couldn't fix it. The burners also put out a different amount of heat in correlation to the control knob. If I keep the rear 18000 btu burner on 2, I have to keep the other on 4 for similar heat output. All burners also do not adjust ...

Very effiicient

We love the cooktop. The only complaint is that the wok burner should not be a prominent burner.

Chef’s kitchen essential!

We fell in love with the design and we have loved it every day since we got it. The amount of burners fits our lifestyle of cooking and the style meshes well with our chefs kitchen theme we are going for.

Range top is "ok"

This is a new homw. We moved in 4 months ago. The range top is "ok". Two knobs have broke and just spin. The builder says he cant get the parts. Additionally the front left burner burns uneven. High in the left, normal the rest. Never had a gas range do this before.

Heats evenly and is attractive. It can handle a large volume of food preparation with ease. I would recommend!!
