Great installation, Great Product!

I bought this product back in late August. It was delivered a week later than I expected however, the team that installed it were exceptional, courteous, and set everything up perfectly. I am having so much fun cooking!

Gorgeous oven, works great

Beautiful design. Love the double oven, and more range space with controls on the front. Syncs with microwave to automatically run the exhaust fan.

No longer will need the on the counter air fryer!

Still in the box in the garage, but certain I will like it. Had orginally purchased the induction range, same everything, but husband is new owner of a pacemaker & could not be within 3 ft of said range. T

Delivery Team Did not Install Range

Horrible experience as you are required to purchase installation and the delivery team DID NOT Install the appliance at all. Poor service

Great look, overpriced, cheaply made.

This is definitely a very handsome range, one of the best looking in the market BUT in my opinion it is overpriced and it is made with cheap materials and cut corners in quality. The cooktop does not clean easily and leave smudges all over no matter what sponges I use. I have had several ceramic cooktops in my life, this one is the worse to maintain and I didn't have to use special cleaners as it is recommended for this one. Impossible to clean the ceramic top

Very disappointed with my new GE Cafe stove. I think it is way overpriced, but I was willing to splurge for a good stove. I find out with the FIRST DAY use that it is impossible to completely clean the ceramic cooktop even with indicated ceramic cleaner. I have had Samsung & LG( induction included )ranges before and they could clean in a snap without the need of special cleaners. Huge disadvandage for a regular cook. Best True Double Oven

My family love the look, and the independent double oven, and all the features associated with this stove. People are always amazed at the beauty and all the things you can do from your phone to control the stove. I highly recommend purchasing this item.

Problems with services

When we had the stove delivered in late November we were unable to get the appliance connected to the internet. At that time we honestly felt as if it was a simple error. We still are not able to to connect and unable to use multiple options on our stove as a result. The customer services is appalling. I have been told we do not need wifi, that it is not considered extreme to have a call out for services twice in the first 2 months of having the product, they do not have people who can service ...

Avoid the GE / Cafe Brand

TLDR: The range isn't reliable and the warranty work isn't timely. This is a beautiful range and I love the induction; HOWEVER, on January 5, 2025, when it was 7 months old, the first time we tried to use the self clean feature, we got an error message about the latch being broken. The range beeped incessantly because it wouldn't let us cancel the self clean. We unplugged it, turned the breaker off and then back on, but the beeping would always continue when the range was turned back on. Because...

Very sharp looking stove

I love everything about this product so far. It fit into my stove space perfectly.

It worked great for the first day . Then the control panel stopped responding and the would not give oppitions, settings ect. . Called GE and so far been cut off each time we call..

Delivery schedules can't be trusted

Store personal were excellent! Delivery personal were also excellent! Our purchase of a refrigerator and stove (Black Friday Sale) was totally botched by countless missed delivery schedules and unscheduled cancellation of the store that put us back in the store to make another purchase. This put us at the back of the line for delivery as well as making a purchase of a more expensive unit. Great features and heavy duty built and heats fast

So far our Cafe stove works great! All of the different features work easily and perform like they should.

Great Range

As far as looks, this range checks all the blocks. It bakes even and the stove top burners are on par with other manufacturers. I used the lower oven to cook a turkey and it came out superb. So far the only issues I see with the range is it's hard to see through the oven doors. You got to bend over a bit to see through each of the two ovens.
