Drawers are excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers are the absolute best. No more digging and bending over to pull out those dishes. Also you can do smaller loads with the ability for the two drawers to work independently.

Inconsistent cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the two drawer option, we have found the dishes are not getting very clean. We have tried different settings and have more success using the Plus setting.

Junk

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever encountered. Nearly every wash we are finding food still caked on, especially with the silverware. Sometimes it comes out looking like it wasn't ran at all.

No more waiting for a single dishwasher to finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always wanted a two drawer dishwasher. I mean, no reason for dirty dishes to pile up in the sink when you've got a second dishwasher! The capacity is great and you can't hear it running. It washes completely and it's easy to start. I like it so much, I bought another one for our aux kitchen!

Perfect dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy that we bought this dishwasher! I never knew something like this even existed. I was skeptical at first because I was worried about the load size per drawer, but it turns out this is exactly what our family needed! Being able to run smaller, separate loads is very ideal. I find that we are much more efficient in both cleaning and putting away our washed dishes and utensils. I think drawer dishwashers should be the new standard.

Trouble Shooting Mystery

Our Cafe double drawer dishwasher has quit working at just under 2 years old. Attempt to start cycle, door lock is heard, followed by.......nothing. Cycle never starts, times out and beeps. Different cycles attempted on both upper and lower drawers, circuit breaker reset several times without resolution. Ran through Fault Code display mode which revealed....nothing. All LEDs remained lit indicating no faults. Service Mode tests for all components passed. Last ditch, replaced Electronic control B...

Best dishwasher, ever!

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned, and the first one that my husband actually liked. The double drawers make loading so easy and hold more than your typical dishwasher...I even get offers to help loading. Dishes, pots, pans and flatware always come out clean. The wash cycle is very quiet, and the Fast Dry is excellent, with no need to run the full dry cycle, even with full loads.

Beautiful with a great capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having two machines in one. The ability to have smaller loads is so convenient. My biggest complaint is it frequently leaves a white residue around the rim of the dishwasher and on any large items that lay flat to wash. I have utilized 3 detergents (2 types of pods and a liquid) they all leave the same white residue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my dishdrawer, had a Fisher Paykel but had to buy a white one which FP didn't offer. I like everything about my Cafe Dishdrawer, cleans, well, quiet, no bending over to load, durability remains to be seen although seems to be built well. Drying is ok and holds enough in top drawer, but can put more in lower drawer. Just wish I didn't have to buy the stainless steel handles but glad they were offered as an option.

Love this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the height of the top drawer for loading since we’re tall people. Since we don’t have a lot of dishes, the capacity size is perfect for us. We use pods for cleaning and everything looks great with no corrosion issues. We like the express cycle with the ultra dry and it does a great job. Noise is not an issue.

Dont buy

Hate how expensive this is and it only does an okay job. It NEVER dries the dishes, and yes my water gets to 140 degrees, so that’s not the issue. I don’t overload it either. I use powder dishwasher tablets but it doesn’t dissolve them all the way so I crush up the tablets to turn them into a finer powder. I rinse my dishes and never leave large chunks and it still doesn’t get them all clean. Huge waste of money, I wish I would have bought another Maytag for half the price.

Flexible capacity

The dishwasher performs as advertised. We frequently use just the upper unit, using the lower one additionally when necessary.

Silent cleaning machine.

This guy is so quite if I didn't have the app I'd never know if it's on. I love that it has a top drawer and a lower draw. Because it is usually just my wife and I we mostly use the top drawer. And with my wife's disability she can easily remove or place items in the top drawer.

doesn't dry good.

The look of the dishwahers is amazing. I am still getting use to it, but I have used all of the cycles and none of them really dry the dishes. I used the express wash with the dry feature and the dishes were wet and I had to dry them off a lot.
