Capacity perfect for a couple live out of one drawer load the other back and forth. Very quiet. My last 2 dishwashers lasted just over 10 years the second just over 7. If I'm still alive check in with me in 2036.

Operation of the Unit

Don’t really like the stacking tray and how the dishes must be arranged. Also can’t see light once the door is closed which make it hard to know what cycle was selected. Light not very intutitive of how to operate the unit. Buttons should be labeled.

Dishwasher Installation needs to be corrected

Love the dishwasher, but it was not mounted properly by Big Sandy’s installer and it moves when we open or close the doors. Once fixed, I’m sure it will be awesome

A disaster at first.

The first dishwasher that we bought was a complete utter lemon. It never once cleaned a single dish. After over a year of appliance men coming out, we finally replaced the dishwasher and it has been amazing ever since.

Second special item purchased with problems.

The product was delivered and unboxed completely dented on both sides top and bottom compartments. Is scheduled to be picked up.

Great features!

This is my second Dish Drawer as I had the original from years ago and the Cafe Dish Drawer is outstanding. Cleaning cycles, loading, and the noise level are great upgrades. So happy we purchased.

Perfect for my needs. Very quiet, very efficient, very attractive, and easy programming with numerous options to precisely fit the load.

Fits where the Fridge blocked the last one

Due to the layout of the kitchen, the fridge was blocked our regular dishwasher and it could not open past about half ways. This fit perfectly in the tight area and the doors open completely. Also, if the water does not always drain, then most likely the machine was interrupted by opening the door, just do a rinse cycle and the water will drain.

Annoying controls not user friendly

The start sequence is a big hassle and not user friendly and should be revised. Half the time you think you have started a wash cycle you haven’t. The controls are annoying. Otherwise it’s a good dishwasher.

Worst ever!

Hate it!!!! Takes forever, drawer falls out, components all broken in inside and less than a year old! Doesn’t wash dishes well. ABSOLUTELY HATE it!!!

Operation Needs to Be a Bit More Straight Forward

Purchased machine in 2022 because of the double drawer feature. The machine works pretty well, but just about the most user un-friendly machine ever. GE has done a terrible job providing user information. The owner's manual leaves more questions than answers. Two days ago both machines malfunctioned while I was running at the same time. So far so good. Only a month with it. Sizing is perfect for us. Empty nesters, so we don’t have alot to wash.

Most Un-intuitive Controls

Background: We had a Fisher and Paykel 2-drawer dishwasher for 22 years, and loved it, but a part failed and it was time to replace the machine. To that end we selected a Cafe 2-drawer in white, and were later delighted to learn that it is manufactured for GE Cafe by F&P. I'm an engineer. Looks good but doesn’t clean

Great idea it looks great but doesn’t clean. The racking isn’t good and it’s hard to load things right. Everything has to be very clean or the filter gets plugged then you have to clean it. And now when you run it half the time it won’t dissolve the soap tab and you have to run it again. It’s definitely form over function. I would not ever buy it again.

CRAPPY BRAND DOESNT WORK AFTER ONLY 18 MONTH.

this diswasher is crappy in quality. only less than 2 yrs already not working properly. NOT draining all water out and now the board on top doesn't work so the entire nearly 2k is out the window. I thought Cafes are good brand but this dishwasher is poor in quality. To repair it will cost me as much as a NEW dishwasher from other brands like whirlpool or similar brands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRAPPY BRAND OF DISHWASHER.

Love it!

I absolutely love the dishwasher. The flexibility of having two different drawers for smaller loads or mis matched sized loads is priceless. With the exception of a few moments in the cycle it is very quiet - start up has an audible sound (which I prefer because I like to make sure it is going) and there are a couple of points in the cycle where it switches over to a a different phase and there is some louder noise, but honestly, it isn't a source of annoyance for me.
