Ratings & Reviews for Cafe 24-in Top Control Double Drawer Dishwasher ( Matte Black with Brushed Stainless Handles ) 46-Decibel Very Quiet Sound Level

Terrible product

This dishwasher is terrible. It doesn’t get them clean! Smells and doesn’t rinse properly. I wash the filters EVERY single time before running it and it still smells!! Also the the collapsible rack is a nightmare… falls apart every two seconds and takes way too much time to put back together. Terrible product. Run the other way… don’t buy this.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good dishwasher, love it! The two drawers are genuinely helpful. A tip: read the manual for the exact rack positions, it makes a huge difference - once you know where everything goes, it’s set and forget. Plus, super silent.

Ok dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher cleans and dries well and having two drawers is convenient for smaller loads. The dishwasher does not fit items well and the adjustable racks fall apart with each use, constantly needing to be fixed.

Exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the full suite of CAFE appliances (refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher) for my kitchen renovation specifically because of the 2 drawer feature of the dishwasher. I wanted our family to stop leaving dishes on the counter just because the dishwasher was running, and this seemed like a great way to fit 2 separate dishwashers in the space of one. I like that it has 2 independent drawers, a phone app that lets me know when the cyc...

Needs to be reengineered to match quality tier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Concept of two drawer washer is great but the unit as a whole could benefit from a redesign and improved material quality. Rack and jet configuration are only efficient at 3/4 capacity. Ultra dry setting leaves water behind, and the db level during operation could definitely be reduced. All and all at the price point that Cafe appliances sell, the material quality and engineering need to be improved.

We will see....

I have the same problem several people online and at least one reviewer here has: run a cycle- seems normal, hear the tub lid lock down. Then tub unlocks, without running. Both tubs. Ran Fault Code Display Mode- no codes returned. Ran through each diagnostic. Nothing. Cleaned the whole machine and checked alignment...nothing. hard reset at the breaker didn't work. Not sure what my next steps are or what to do next.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

This is quite frankly the worst dishwasher I have ever purchased. It doesn’t clean. We’ve tried washing it on every single cycle and my pre washed plates are coming out greasy and gross. The detergent isn’t fully used during a cycle. Also, the parts fall out easily and it makes the whole experience terrible. Do not buy this dishwasher. I’ve never been this disappointed in a product…ever.

New Cafe DW

Once you figure out how to run the cycles, it is simple. Cycles are quiet. Only concern I have is the inside of the drawer is not completely dry at the end of the cycle.

Love how there's 2 separate dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love that there's two independent dishwashers works well with our family.

Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my bar. It holds a good amount of glasses and the ability to run just the top or bottom is awesome.

Love the 2 drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for a smaller family…I can have one for dirty dishes even if I haven’t emptied the clean dishes out of the other drawer

Amazing Amazing Amazing I should do a video

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Machine ! New Home New Machine Great Load and Capacity

Love the 2 drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It is perfect. Love the 2 drawers. I would buy it again!

Junk

Do not buy this crap haven’t had it a year barely cleans anything and now both drawers will lock then unlock after 10 second like the cycle is done this is literally the worst dishwasher on the market

Sleek and Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do really like my Cafe Double-Drawer Dishwasher. It is extremely quiet and easy to load. It does a very nice job cleaning and, for the most part, drying. I do find that the bottom drawer does not seem to dry as well. There are a few features that, in my opinion, could be modified but maybe I am missing something in the features. Because it is SO quiet, it would be helpful to have some kind of indicator that it is running and when it is done. ...

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size for our family of 3. We’ll soon be empty nesters and were looking for a dishwasher with the ability to do smaller loads and this is it!

Drawer Style is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean, quiet, saves the back from bending over so much. Only complaint is it doesn't seem to clean/dry all the way unless its half full. We have to run on plus setting with ultra dry to get close. Still would recommend. Not sure why the drawer style isn't the default. Much easier to use and safer when loading as you don't have a bunch of knives pointed up.

Pleasantly surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried about going to a two drawer dishwasher but surprisingly I'm really enjoying it. It's capacity is was bigger than I imagined and deep enough for my large plates. It's surprised my by how well it washes..my daughter in law put in quite dirty dishes the other night and I was amazed they came out clean! (I'm a natural rinser) Also I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is. It dries well too...some plastic containers still have som...

Disappointed purchase

The wire rack sits to close to the spinner that dishes can catch on The spinner or there should be more wires on the rack to keep the dishes off the spinner. Spinner doesn’t stay latched on after 1 year old. SmartHQ connection is a joke too.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet. The drying options are not intuitive. But I do love the dishwasher
