The espresso maker was boxed very well with no issues. Quick start guide was written well and very informative. Using the default settings with a grind of 8 produced a slightly fast shot, but adjusting the grind, dosage, and tamping pressure resulted in a very good shot. Frothing using the steam wand produced very fine bubbles with a near professional foam. The bulk of the negative reviews seem to come from not fully reading the manual or the process. Doesn't last, not worth investment

I loved this so much when it worked but all of a sudden it just stopped. Of course it is out of warranty and they don't sell parts to fix. I thought maybe we just got the wrong person because who would do that but no i see reviews on other sites that say the same thing: Terrible! Machine was only 2 years old, and it kept saying overpressure even when no portafilter attachee. I was informed by service that “they dont service the machines and they dont make parts for the broken sensor” and that it...

Awful machine , stick with breville instead

Awful, leaks all the time , doesn’t let the coffee come out, there has been a huge puddle in my kitchen every single time. Don’t buy this product waste of money

Looks like an awesome machine to use but I have not used it yet because I had to purchase a new water tank because it was leaking or had some type of crack.

Terrible service

Terrible! Machine was only 2 years old, and it kept saying overpressure even when no portafilter attachee. I was informed by service that “they dont service the machines and they dont make parts for the broken sensor” and that its just broken! After 2years! And no solution by GE or Williams Sonoma where it was purchased.

So far, so good a little trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi app after installing update. Tastes great and easy to use! Love love llove it!!! Thank you for such a beautiful espresso machine!

Unreliable

1 use and already broken. For the money, this is completely unacceptable. Whoever designed this needs to make immediate improvements, as I am not the only one that is having issues with this machine. Literally made one espresso and the thing is shot
